Together is how beautiful things come to fruition, and together with Saint Alphonsus LEAP Housing did just that by brining 14 affordable homeownership units to Boise!

HOPE FOR THE HOLIDAYS -SILVERCREEK GIVES

The holidays are upon us and we welcome this opportunity to bring back Hope for the Holidays as part of our Silvercreek Gives program. Every year we come together as a brokerage to support those in our communities that are having a hard time. We provide gifts, food, and household needs for families and seniors in the month of December. Additionally, we volunteer with the Salvation Army in a variety of ways. In 2021, we were able to support 14 families and 5 seniors through this program! We hope to meet and exceed this in 2022. With your help we can!

As REALTORS®, we see the wide spectrum of housing needs in our communities. While we primarily work with those purchasing or selling real estate, we are often consulted on circumstances where families or individuals are experiencing hardship related to housing. While not our primary role in the industry, these issues and concerns impact our industry in big ways.
