STATEWIDE GROWTH
Our focus was continued growth for our agents, and growth is what we achieved. In 2023, our agents closed over 7,439 transactions with over $3.7 billion in total volume in the state of Idaho.
IMLS GROWTH
The Intermountain Multiple Listing Service covers the Western Idaho Area including the following counties: Ada, Adams, Blaine, Boise, Bonner, Camas, Canyon, Cassia, Custer, Elmore, Gem, Gooding, Idaho, Jerome, Latah, Lemhi, Lincoln, Malheur, Minidoka, Nez Perce, Owyhee, Payette, Twin Falls, Valley, and Washington.
Silvercreek Realty Group represented more than 2,789 transactions and $1.5 billion in total volume within the IMLS. The next closest brokerage represented 1384 transactions and just over $8oo million in volume. We held over 16% of the total market share in the IMLS.

Silvercreek Realty Group marked a monumental milestone with a vibrant celebration of its 15th Anniversary at Boise’s prestigious Stueckle Sky Center in November. The event commenced with a poignant keynote speech delivered by President Aaron Doughty, offering a heartfelt reflection on the company’s transformative journey. Doughty traced Silvercreek’s inception back to the unfortunate experiences of his brother, Paul, which led to the establishment of the brokerage on foundational principles centered around agents as valued customers, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
What began as a humble venture rapidly evolved into a multi-location powerhouse, spreading its unique ethos across Treasure Valley and beyond, defying expectations and attracting agents seeking a brokerage aligned with their values.
In its 15 years, Silvercreek Realty Group has facilitated over 100,000 client interactions, culminating in an esteemed position as the nation’s 18th largest independent brokerage in 2023, boasting an impressive $7 billion in sales in the previous year alone.
The celebration continued with enriching presentations by notable figures such as former NFL Superbowl Champion Daryn Colledge, who shared his inspirational journey towards success, followed by Josh Erskine, CEO of Calcon Mutual Mortgage, providing valuable insights into the current market conditions and transaction strategies. Additionally, JJ Astorquia from Bluebird Home Loans delivered an update on the home loan market, enriching the celebration with valuable industry knowledge.
